PROCESS
Emerald’s recruitment cycle opens once a year during the fall semester. We look for passionate and curious future consultants, primarily freshmen and sophomores from all majors and backgrounds. Experience isn’t required— what matters most is a drive to create meaningful impact.

Applications are closed for the 2025-26 school year. They will reopen in September 2026.

Our recruitment team typically follows this timeline 〜
SEP
Discover Emerald: ​​We host campus-wide info sessions, coffee chats, and workshops. These events offer a great opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and get a feel for the collaborative and driven culture that defines Emerald.
OCT
Application Opens: Candidates are invited to submit a brief application via Google Form. The form includes basic background information, a resume upload, and a short essay on their interest in Emerald.
LATE OCT
First-Round Interview: Selected applicants will be invited to a 30-minute behavioral interview. This conversational session helps us understand their work ethic, career aspirations, and how well they align with Emerald’s values.
NOV
Final-Round Case Interview: Top candidates advance to a case interview, where they’ll be asked to solve a standard consulting case. This round assesses their analytical thinking, business intuition, and communication skills.
LATE NOV
Join the Team: Final offers are extended to the most outstanding candidates!
